Summer Sundays 2025

Throughout August we will be slowing down our church rhythms to focus on community and rest so we run our Summer Sunday activities and the times and places we'll be meeting are different to usual. For information on how we'll meet from September, scroll to the bottom of this page and find information about City Sundays and Celebration Sundays there.

  • 3 August – Our City Sunday activities will run as usual from 10:30am to 12pm. Visit our separate pages to find out more details: True Colours and Brick Club

  • 10 August –  We're hosting a church BBQ at Libby and Jonny's house from 11:30am to 2pm. Please make sure to book and let us know you're coming so we know who to cater for. Book here.

  • 17 August –  We're meeting at Longton Park play park at 2pm and then hanging out for the afternoon, and hoping for sunshine!

  • 24 August – A group of us are going to Big Church Festival in Sussex this weekend. This is a great opportunity to hang out as a church, spend time worshipping and praying for each other. Find out more about the festival here.

  • 31 August – We're running 'Picnic & Play' at OSSMA from 11am to 1pm. There will be a number of games available to play, bring your own lunch and let's finish the summer in style.

City Sundays

On the first Sunday of each month, we gather for different activities across the city, creating information environments where everyone can be welcomed into community.

Celebration Sundays

For the rest of the month we meet all together on a Sunday morning. There is always lots of food and drinks, and time to talk, before we worship together, learn from the Bible, pray for one another, and create space to encounter more of God's Spirit.

Time:

10:30 am for drinks, snacks and chat

10:50am - 12 pm for the service

What do you have for children?

During our Sunday gatherings, we have our dedicated Kidventure group for primary school aged children in Reception to Year 6.
